An urban planner by trade, Estella understands the complex dynamics between industry, community, and government.
Through her high impact roles within planning and resources portfolios in State Government, Estella is well versed in the intricacies of policy development and regulatory reform - and the importance of building social licence throughout the process.
She holds a Bachelor of Environments (Urban Planning and Design) and Master of Urban Planning from the University of Melbourne and is currently completing her MBA at the Melbourne Business School.
Estella is a member of the Planning Institute of Australia (PIA) and sits on the PIA Victorian Division Committee.
