She is a skilled public affairs adviser with a detailed knowledge of government processes, having advised senior state government ministers as well as working in opposition.
With more than 10 years’ consulting experience, Lucy specialises in delivering strategies that combine stakeholder, community and government engagement to secure timely outcomes.
Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne, and a Certificate in Engagement from the International Association for Public Participation (IAP2).
