Luke Donnellan

A passionate believer in equal opportunity, Luke was the Labor member for Narre Warren North in the Victorian Parliament from 2002 to 2022 and held ministerial and shadow portfolios across child protection, disability, ageing and carers, ports, roads and road safety, and sport.
He brings to The Civic Partnership a wealth of experience in infrastructure and policy development and assessment, as well as a deep understanding of the Victorian political landscape.
Before entering Parliament, Luke worked as a gardener, a labourer and a milkman, as well as in finance, commercial real estate and facility planning.
